Rhythm pattern* - Slow Slow Quick Quick (SSQQ)

Walk forward with left foot Step back with right Foot

Place left foot to the side/small step Left. Small step to the Right

transferring weight to right foot.
Close left to right, transferring weight

* The Rhythm Patterns are combinations of Slow step counts, which take two beats of music,
and Quick steps, which are one beat of music. In most cases, you change your weight with every step.
(Triple time steps are three steps or weight transfers accomplished in two beats of music.)
